Project introduction

The tungsten mine project was entrusted to Henan Shunzhi by the Iranian customer. To this end, Henan Shunzhi has developed a complete production line plan after analysis. The metallic minerals in the ore are wolframite, pyrite, limonite, sphalerite and chalcopyrite; the non-metallic minerals are mainly quartz.


crushing and screening stage

The raw ore feeding particle size is ≤350mm, and the final crushed product particle size is -20mm.

Grinding and grading stage

Grinding adopts one-stage grinding, and adopts wet rod mill for one-stage grinding. The grinding fineness is -32 mesh, accounting for 100%. The discharge port adopts a linear screen to screen out large pieces, and returns to the rod mill with a belt conveyor for regrinding. , grading using high-frequency vibrating screen for grading.

Tungsten ore beneficiation stage

Desliming and gravity separation: The qualified grinding products are de-slimed and classified by a segmental continuous hydraulic classifier. The ore pulp of different particle sizes enters the spiral chute for gravity separation and rough separation. The selected heavy sand is selected by a shaking table, and finally selected. Gravity concentrate.

Magnetic separation stage: The concentrate re-selected from the shaker concentrate is subjected to a medium-field magnetic separation to remove impurities, and a high-field magnetic separation to remove impurities to select the first-grade wolframite concentrate. The mud ore extracted from the hydraulic classifier and the tailings of the +200 mesh-120 mesh spiral chute enter the secondary tungsten concentrate magnetic separation operation. Produce secondary tungsten concentrate products.

Tailings dewatering stage

The mine tailings are divided into two kinds of tailings: fine mud tailings and coarse sand tailings. The fine mud tailings are dewatered once by a thickener, the underflow of the thickener is dewatered twice by a filter press, and the coarse sand tailings are dewatered by a cyclone. Carry out primary classification and concentration, and carry out secondary dewatering by dewatering screen in the underflow of cyclone. The overflow of the cyclone flows to the fine mud tailings thickener for dehydration together with the fine mud tailings, and the bottom stream of the dewatering screen is transported to the fine mud tailings thickener through the submerged pump for dehydration together with the fine mud tailings. The overflow water from the thickener is returned to the production backwater pool for recycling.

    The raw ore is conveyed to the jaw crusher by the belt conveyor for coarse crushing, and the coarsely crushed material is screened by the vibrating screen and then enters the fine crusher for fine crushing.

    The finely crushed material is conveyed by the belt conveyor to the rod mill for grinding.

    The slurries of different particle sizes enter the spiral chute respectively for gravity separation and roughing, and the selected heavy sand is selected by the shaking table, and the concentrate is selected.

    The concentrate selected by the shaker is removed by medium-field magnetic separation and high-field magnetic separation to select secondary tungsten concentrate products.
