The bar feeder at the bottom of the raw ore silo, the bar feeder has both feeding and screening functions, the material on the screen is fed into the Nordberg crusher for coarse crushing, and after coarse crushing, it is conveyed to the circular vibrating screen by the 1# belt conveyor The materials on the screen directly enter the buffer bin and are fed into the belt conveyor by the motor vibrating feeder and transported to the Nordberg crusher for fine crushing. The finely crushed products and the coarsely crushed products return to the vibrating screen together to form closed circuit crushing. The material under the sieve (-15mm) is the qualified material in the crushing stage and directly enters the powder ore bin.
Grinding and grading stage
The three-stage closed-circuit grinding + flotation (one coarse, two sweeps, seven fines + two fine sweeps) process flow. There is an electro-vibration feeder at the bottom of the powder ore silo, which is transported to the ball mill for rough grinding by the feeding belt conveyor. .
The overflow flows into the pump box by itself, and the pump is driven into the hydrocyclone group for the second-stage classification. The underflow flows into another ball mill for the second-stage grinding, and the discharged ore flows into the aforementioned pump box, together with the first-stage classification overflow. The pump is driven into the second-stage classification to form the second-stage closed-circuit grinding process, and the grinding fineness of -200 mesh accounts for 80%.
The overflow of the second-stage classification flows into the high-efficiency mixing tank and then flows to the aerated flotation machine for rough separation. The rough selected foam products flow to the SF flotation machine for selection I. It flows into the SF flotation machine for two-stage fine sweeping (2/2), the foam products of fine sweeping I and II are returned to the top in turn, and the tailings of fine sweeping II are the final tailings; the products in the roughing tank flow to two In the first sweep operation, the two sweep flotation machines are all inflatable flotation machines, and the foam products of the first sweep and the second sweep are returned to the previous operation in turn. Selected I foam products flow into a pump box, pumped into a hydrocyclone for three-stage classification, underflow self-flow into a conical ball mill for regrinding, and discharged ore self-flow into the aforementioned pump box, together with selected I foam products The pump is driven into three stages of classification to form the third stage of closed-circuit grinding process, and the grinding fineness of -400 mesh accounts for 88%.

Concentrate dehydration stage
The flotation molybdenum concentrate is dehydrated by mechanical dehydration. The flotation molybdenum concentrate is pumped into the high-efficiency thickener to thicken, the underflow is pumped into the box filter press for filtration, and the filter cake is transported by the belt conveyor to the dryer for drying and then stored in the concentrate warehouse. The filtrate is pumped into the tailings pond; the thickener overflow can be returned to the system as return water for reuse.
The raw ore is conveyed to the jaw crusher by the belt conveyor for coarse crushing, and the coarsely crushed material is screened by the vibrating screen and then enters the fine crusher for fine crushing.
The finely crushed materials are conveyed to the ball mill for coarse grinding by the belt conveyor. The coarsely ground material enters another ball mill for fine grinding.
The ground ore powder is sent to the flotation machine through the spiral classifier for selection.
The pulp selected by the flotation machine enters the thickener to be thickened, the underflow enters the filter press for pressure filtration, and the pulp after pressure filtration enters the dryer for drying.
